Pip Jacobs

Charge Radiographer / MHSc (Hons) / PGDip.MRI

Pip has a reputation for her warmth and ability to put patients at ease during their x-ray examinations. Her experience with radiography began in 2008, and time has allowed her to gain work experience in varied clinical settings, using a variety of imaging modalities.
She completed her radiographic training in Palmerston North before continuing her studies towards magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) through an Auckland tertiary institution. Enjoying the challenge of study, Pip then completed a master’s degree that specialises in MRI in order to further her knowledge.
Pip maintains the daily running of the practice, but time management allows her to have hands-on time with patients and enables her to be actively involved in the management of River Radiology’s image archiving system called Intelerad PACS.

“Our team of radiographers provide superlative imaging excellence in a friendly environment and this is why our patients enjoy positive experiences”
